Inicjatywa Entuzjastki (The Female Enthusiasts Initiative) - is focused on building and promoting the future leadership, linking responsibility, sense of agency and communication ethics with soft skills.We highlight the importance of solutions- oriented approach in thinking and acting.
We promote people who due to their experience and curiosity are able to diagnose and anticipate the necessary course of action for making the world a better place.

Together with the Panel of Experts, we have carefully selected 100 influential and highly respected women leaders who represent diverse backgrounds, professions and various agglomerations, including the smaller centers in Poland. They are role models who can inspire, motivate others to action and generate the sense of agency among women as well as the rest of the society. On the basis on their valuable experiences, they design new sustainable trends addressing the needs of human, the environment and the issue of climate change. Behind each woman, there are supportive diverse communities that strengthen the civil society.
SUCCESS
Our first significant success was to create a catalogue of 100 video interviews conducted with notable Polish female leaders, who inspire other women to be proactive and
strengthen their sense of agency.

ART INSTALLATION
Recordings were carried out in an art installation that has a form of red crystal and the interior made of several mirrors. It was inspired by famous multiple self-portrait created by
Stanislaw Ignacy Witkiewicz. Installation was designed to enhance a high level of intimacy and to capture universal essence of an interviewed person.
It was traveling across the Poland where the interviews were held.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We run social media (Instagram - 27k followers and Facebook- 13.5 k followers) at a daily basis, and we produce content promoting solution journalism stories that
provides knowledge on how to solve specific problems.
